1. Who we are
NumeroLuck (“we”, “us”) provides Vedic numerology reports through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

2. What we collect

| Optional profile answers | Relationship status, children, occupation, business ownership and country — used only to word your report for your situation. They never change any calculation. |
| Payment reference | A transaction id from our payment provider, to match a payment to an order. |
3. What we do with it
- Generate the report you asked for.
- Keep your purchases retrievable from My Account, on any device.
- Process your payment and handle refunds or billing disputes.
- Respond when you contact support.
- Understand aggregate usage — how many reports of each type were bought — to run the business.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising profiling.
4. Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, each handling data only to run this service:

Some of these providers operate servers outside your country. Where that happens, your data is transferred under the provider's own safeguards and contractual terms.
5. How long we keep it
- Paid orders — kept while your account exists, so you can reopen reports at any time.
- Free checks that were never paid for — kept for up to [12 months], then deleted.
- Payment records — kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically [8 years] in India.
- Support emails — kept for [24 months].
6. Your rights
Write to support@numeroluck.com from your account email address and you can:
- Get a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong — including a mistyped date of birth, which we will fix and regenerate free of charge.
- Have your account and data deleted. Note that we must retain payment records for the statutory period above, and deleting your account removes your access to past reports.
- Withdraw the optional profile answers at any time; your reports simply revert to neutral wording.
We aim to respond within [30 days].
7. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only what the site needs to work:
- A session cookie from our authentication provider, to keep you signed in.
- Browser local storage, to remember your optional profile answers and to carry your details between calculators so you do not retype them. This stays on your device and can be cleared by clearing site data.
8. Children
This service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database with row-level access controls that deny access by default. Administrative access is restricted to named accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment credentials at all, which removes the most sensitive category entirely.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use existing data will be notified to your account email.
