Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use NumeroLuck. By running a check or buying a report you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. The service is operated by [Registered business name], [registered address].

2. What this service is — and is not

• Health indications are traditional associations, not diagnoses. Always consult a qualified doctor.
• Money and career readings are not financial advice. Consult a licensed adviser before financial decisions.
• Compatibility readings are not a verdict on any real relationship.
• Results are interpretive and probabilistic. We do not guarantee any outcome, and you remain responsible for every decision you make.

3. Accounts

Buying a report requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for the accuracy of the details you enter. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Anyone with access to your account can see the reports in it. If you enter another person's details — for example a partner's date of birth for a compatibility check — you confirm you have their permission to do so.

4. Payment and delivery

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each calculator before you pay, and are one-time charges. There are no subscriptions or recurring billing.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Reports are digital goods delivered instantly — generated and displayed on screen immediately after payment.
• Nothing is emailed. Reports are not sent to you; you return to My Account and open or download them there.
• Please download the PDF and keep it. Reports remain retrievable from your account, but we recommend saving your own copy.
• The Name Correction product includes a human verification step, so corrected spellings are revealed after review rather than instantly. The timeframe is shown to you at purchase.

Because reports are delivered in full at the moment of payment, they are non-refundable once generated. Narrow exceptions for billing errors are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the details you enter. You grant us permission to process them for the purpose of producing your report and running your account.

The reports, interpretation text, calculation methods, wording, design and code of this site are our intellectual property. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use your own report. You may not republish, resell, redistribute or scrape our content, or use it to build a competing service or to train a model.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, orders or reports that are not yours.
• Do not probe, overload or attempt to bypass the service's security or payment flow.
• Do not use automated tools to bulk-generate reports.
• Do not misrepresent our readings as professional medical, legal or financial advice when sharing them.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, or that raise chargebacks for reports delivered as described.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Calculators may be taken offline for maintenance or improvement. If a calculator is unavailable, reports you already own remain retrievable from your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or decisions taken on the basis of a report.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to reports you have already purchased.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city, state] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
